A complete outbound system, built and run by operators.
Strategy. Infrastructure. Sourcing. Signal-based personalized copy.
Launch. Weekly iteration. A small, accountable team — not a pitch
crew and a junior pod you never meet.
For B2B SaaS & agencies doing $10K–$100K MRR without a predictable outbound pipeline.
No long-term contracts·First campaigns live in 14–21 days
One named operator owns your account end to end — backed by a small senior team. No handoff to a pod you’ve never spoken with.
What’s in the system
Six pillars. One accountable team.
Every pillar is delivered by the same small team. No strategy-to-execution handoffs. No junior rotations. No account-manager layer between you and the work.

Strategy
ICP definition, offer sharpening, and TAM mapping — before a single email gets drafted.

Infrastructure
Purpose-built sending domains, warmed inboxes, and deliverability hygiene — so copy actually lands.
Want us to handle the inbox too? We triage, qualify, and route positive replies straight to your calendar. Most clients run reply ops in-house — this is a pure add-on, not required.
Who runs it
You get a small team of operators, not a pod of juniors.
Most agencies pitch with strategists, then hand your account to execution teams you never speak with. We don’t. Every engagement runs with a named lead operator plus a small senior crew — no rotating interns, no mystery account managers.
With ReplyWorks
One lead operator, backed by a small team
Named lead operator from audit → launch → weekly iteration
Syed leads strategy; a small senior crew runs infra, sourcing & copy
8+ years of combined B2B outbound across 50+ accounts
You Slack directly with the people building — no AM translation layer
Everyone on the engagement knows your ICP, copy, and numbers
No junior rotations. No “new team member” surprises.
Typical outbound agency
A pitch team and a pod
Senior strategist pitches, junior execution team delivers
Account manager adds a layer between you and the work
New hires rotated onto your account to learn on the job
Copy, lists, and infra split across disconnected teams
You rarely talk to anyone actually building the campaigns
Your first 60 days

A real timeline — not a decks-and-frameworks sprint. Campaigns go live within three weeks and start producing signal by week four.

◉
Weekly KPI report
Written KPI snapshot — reply rate, positive-reply rate, meetings booked, bounce, inbox placement — plus a short walkthrough of what we tested, what’s working, and what’s next.
✎
2–3 new copy tests
New openers, new angles, new signal variations — running alongside the winners so we always have a challenger.

Inbox triage OPT.
If you add reply ops: we handle first-touch qualification and book meetings straight to your calendar. Default is client-side.
Stack & tooling
The actual tools running your campaigns.
Nothing theoretical. This is the working stack across 50+ engagements — and we write custom glue (Apify actors, signal scripts, waterfall logic) anywhere off-the-shelf falls short.

Every tool is set up, maintained, and paid for by us unless you want to own it. Portable on exit: when the engagement ends, you keep everything — domains, inboxes, lists, sequences.
Fit check
Who this works for — and who it doesn’t.
Outbound is a long-arc channel. We’re deliberate about who we take on so we can deliver what we promise.
A fit if
You’re a B2B SaaS company or agency doing $10K–$100K MRR
Outbound is a real growth channel for you, not a dabble
You’ve tried SDRs or another agency and it stalled at 1–3% replies
You want operators running it, not a pitch team
You can commit to a 90-day testing runway before judging results
Not a fit if
You’re pre-revenue and haven’t validated an offer yet
You sell to consumers (B2C) or your ACV is under $300
You need campaigns live this week (real setup takes 14–21 days)
You want a single-month trial (outbound needs 90 days of iteration)
You’re looking for volume spam — 10K+ emails/day at any cost
FAQ
Questions we get every week.
Scope, ownership, tools, exit — the practical stuff founders want clarity on before signing.
What’s included in the monthly fee?
Everything in the six pillars: strategy, infrastructure (domains, inboxes, warmup, deliverability), sourcing + enrichment, copy + A/B tests, launch, and weekly iteration. Tool costs are bundled. The only thing not included by default is reply ops — that’s an optional add-on.
Who owns the domains, inboxes, and lead lists?
You do. Everything is portable on exit. We spin up the infrastructure under your company and hand over logins, DNS control, and lead data whenever the engagement ends. No client lock-in via assets we own.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Month-to-month after the first 90 days. We ask for 90 days upfront because that’s the realistic window to ship a working system and see signal — shorter than that and the numbers don’t mean anything. After day 90, cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
How much of my team’s time does this take?
Typically ~1 hour / week: a Slack thread on priorities + a 30-min weekly sync to review the KPI report and pick next tests. Week-1 kickoff is more involved (~3–4 hours across ICP, offer, and domain decisions). After that, minimal.
Do we need to buy the tools, or do you?
We do. Tool costs (Apollo, Clay, Smartlead, warmup, etc.) are bundled into the monthly fee. If you already have Apollo or Sales Nav seats you’d like us to use, we can run on your accounts instead — your call.
What if we want reply ops handled by you too?
Add-on. We take over inbox triage, qualification, and calendar booking — your SDR or AE only sees meetings, not every inbound reply. Priced separately based on reply volume. Most clients run reply ops in-house for the first 60 days, then decide.
Can you do outbound on LinkedIn too, or only email?
Email is the core channel. We layer LinkedIn touches into sequences when the data supports it (usually touch 2 or 3 as an opener-lifting signal), but we don’t run LinkedIn-only plays. If LinkedIn-heavy is your ask, we can point you to specialists.
