We audit your current outbound setup, discuss your market, and determine if we're a fit. No pitch deck — just an honest assessment of what's working and what isn't.
Week 1: Strategy & Infrastructure
Kickoff, ICP alignment, TAM mapping, domain procurement, DNS setup, sending infrastructure, warmup start. By end of week you have a GTM strategy doc and live infrastructure.
Week 2: Lead Sourcing & Copy
Lead sourcing via Apollo and Sales Navigator, Clay enrichment and verification, personalization workflow setup, copywriting and sequence build. End of week: verified lists and sequences ready.
Week 3: Campaign Launch
