The Starting Point
This marketing agency was winning outbound clients but didn't have the internal team to execute. They were outsourcing to freelancers with inconsistent results, causing client churn and reputation damage.
They needed a reliable white-label partner who could handle end-to-end outbound execution under their brand — without the client ever knowing a third party was involved.
What We Changed
We set up a full white-label operation. All infrastructure, sending domains, and email accounts were configured under the agency's client brands. Reporting dashboards were customized with the agency's branding.
For each new client the agency brought on, we ran our standard onboarding: ICP definition, TAM mapping, list building with verification, infrastructure setup, and campaign launch. We handled everything from copy creation to A/B testing to reply management.
The agency's team had direct Slack access to our operators for real-time coordination, and we joined their weekly client calls when needed (as their team).

The Results
Over 6 months, we launched and managed 6 client campaigns under the agency's brand. Average open rates across all campaigns were 52%, with reply rates averaging 5.7%.
The agency reduced their client churn by eliminating execution failures. They were able to take on more outbound clients without hiring, effectively scaling their revenue with zero additional headcount.
The partnership is ongoing, with 2-3 new client campaigns launching per quarter.
