Lead Gen Agency — White-Label Partnership

A lead-gen agency was winning outbound clients but losing them to inconsistent freelancer execution. We became their white-label engine — six client campaigns launched under their brand, with their churn problem gone and zero added headcount.

The situation

The client was a lead-gen agency with a good sales motion and a delivery problem. They kept winning outbound engagements, then outsourcing execution to freelancers — with inconsistent results, client churn, and growing damage to their own reputation.

They didn’t want to hire and train an internal SDR/ops team. They wanted a partner who could run end-to-end outbound under their brand, reliably, without the client ever feeling a third party in the room.

What we built

  • Full white-label setup. Sending domains, inboxes, and infrastructure configured under each end-client’s brand; reporting dashboards carried the agency’s branding.
  • A standard onboarding pipeline for every new client the agency signed: ICP definition, TAM mapping, verified list build, infrastructure, copy, launch.
  • Direct Slack access between the agency’s team and ours for real-time coordination — and when needed, we joined their client calls as their team.

The numbers

Over the first six months we launched and managed six client campaigns under the agency’s brand. Open rates across campaigns ranged in the mid-40s to low-50s; positive-plus-interested reply rates ran 4–6% depending on the vertical.

The commercial result that mattered: execution-driven churn stopped, and the agency took on more outbound clients with zero additional headcount. The partnership is ongoing, with new client campaigns launching each quarter.

“Syed did a great job, he knows a lot about prospecting. Will be hiring again!”

What was specific to this engagement

  • White-label only works when reporting is disciplined — the agency’s clients judged them on our weekly numbers, so the reporting format had to be client-ready every single week.
  • Campaign metrics varied widely by end-client vertical. The range above is honest; a single blended average would flatter some campaigns and undersell others.

The honest caveats

  • One end-client campaign underperformed for six weeks before the offer repositioning landed. Under white-label, that pressure lands on the agency’s relationship — it takes mutual trust to hold through it.
  • This model needs volume commitment from the agency side to make the unit economics work for everyone. One-off campaigns wouldn’t have justified the setup depth.
